About Us


Anatomy® Church Membership Management is a software suite that empowers churches to effectively care for the people and communities they serve. The mandate and heartbeat of Anatomy is to enable leaders to leverage technology to connect with and care for their people – the body of Christ - in a meaningful way. Hence the name “Anatomy” which is concerned with the science of understanding the functioning of the body.

Anatomy® has evolved from the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) school of thought to produce a comprehensive suite of functionality that manages information related to members of and visitors to a church, their relationships, their involvement with the church, groups, ministries, courses, events and any unique initiatives and activities.

Also built into Anatomy® are tools for the management of meetings and resources as well most important and thoughtful tools aimed at caring for people in meaningful ways such as Follow Up Management with reminders, escalations and Counselling.

Additional plug-ins turn Anatomy into a powerful Childrens’ Church, events registration and check-in system.

The Anatomy® Mobile Apps and the Anatomy Members’ Portal enable members to interact directly with Anatomy® in meaningful ways such as maintaining their own profile, submitting prayer requests etc.
